I am a brilliant Black woman who grew up in the hood - that has always had a strong connection to spirit and a curiosity about how "it all" works. Specifically, what role I am to play in a world that oftentimes feels like it's built to function in opposition to my existence. I am actively questioning and discovering information that allows me to thrive and not just survive.
